**INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING IS BACK UP AND RUNNING**
These packages are still taking quite a long time to arrive-- Keep that in mind prior to placing an order. LPs are available again as well but production time for vinyl is also causing an added delay. You've been warned!

**AS OF 01/21/2022**
Due to the nature of our mail order style we are unable to ship to a select number of foreign countries where we've previously been unable to successfully have packages arrive safely. Specifically Greece, Parts of Eastern Europe, Parts of South America, Mexico, Spain, and Italy.

Currently we can ship to Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belarus, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, China, Costa Rica, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, England, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greenland, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Japan, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Montenegro, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Singapore, Slovak, Slovenia, South Korea, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States, Vatican City

As there isn't a way to systematically block orders from specific regions, we're putting this disclaimer up as away to protect you the purchaser. What this means is if you place an order from one of these countries and we're unable to complete your order due to the unreliability of the local postal system, your order will be refunded (minus processing fees). If you'd like to message us prior to purchasing at outloudrecords@live.com we can try to make other arrangements to ship you an order at a non-standard shipping rate.

Your order is processed with our Drop-Ship Manufacturer within a few days of your order being placed and generally shipped out a few days after that. Officially we say we've got 15 days to process your order just to cover any unforeseen issues that may arrive (i.e. Global Pandemics). Return Policy
If you get a defective disc (that won't play in a CD player) or incorrect artwork please let us know-- we'll do our best to remedy the situation. A cracked case in the shipping process sucks but doesn't warrant a replacement unit-- sorry. Virtually every release we offer is a DUPLICATED disc without metadata. You get a download with your purchase for all of your digital cataloging needs. If you've got a problem with any of that then don't order from us. Abuse of this system may result in OUTLOUD choosing to no longer do business with you.
